Well Done to Our U12 Girls Hawks in Kilkenny

A brilliant day out in Kilkenny for our U12 Girls Hawks, who were invited by Kilkenny Stars to their tournament at the weekend.

The girls topped their group, coming through two tough games against a very strong Carlow and a well-drilled Swords side to book a place in the semi-finals. There they met a serious Drogheda Wolves team and, after a great battle, narrowly missed out on a place in the final.

A brilliant performance from start to finish and a great day's basketball for a group at the beginning of their season. Well done to every one of the girls, and to the coaches who had them so well prepared.
